Can we deliver to your country?

Via the e-commerce platform of roseysmark.eu we accept orders for the following list of European Union countries:

CEE region: (with delivery times 3 – 6 working days) ROMANIA, GREECE, HUNGARY, CZECH REPUBLIC, CROATIA, POLAND, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA

Rest of Europe: (with delivery times 4 – 7 working days) AUSTRIA, GERMANY, BELGIUM, FRANCE (with the exception of the following postal codes: 00001-00030, 00100-00151, 00153-00299, 00361-00429, 00500-00699, 00750-00999, 96000-97999, 97100-97499, 98100-98999), ITALY (with the exception of the following postal codes: 47031, 47890-47899), THE NETHERLANDS

For delivery in Bulgaria, please use our domestic market e-commerce platform at roseysmark.com.

Delivery Methods

We ship via Speedy.bg – leading Bulgarian courier company, with their service door-to-door land delivery of parcels up to 40 kg.

Delivery Cost

The cost of shipping will be automatically calculated in your cart according to the weight of your ordered goods and delivery address data provided.

Delivery Times

For CEE region countries (Romania, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic, Croatia, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia) the delivery times are between 3 to 6 working days.

For Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy and The Netherlands delivery should take 4 to 7 working days.

2. Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking number on the way bill we will send you by email. To check the status of your shipment, enter the tracking number in the courier’s tracking system here: https://www.speedy.bg/public/index.php/en/track-shipment 

3. Returns and Exchanges

Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within fourteen days from the date of receiving the delivery, confirmed with their signature. This return and exchange policy does not apply to products made to the client’s special requirements. A customer may return or exchange a product if:

  1. The order has been cancelled in accordance with the General Terms of Rosey’s Mark within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
  2. The product has not been used.
  3. The product is in the same condition as received, with all parts included in the packaging.
  4. The product is packed in its original packaging without damage to its integrity.

If you return or exchange a product, the transportation costs and the risk of damage during return are at your expense. Damaged products will not be accepted or exchanged unless it can be proven that the damage occurred during the initial shipment. Therefore, if upon receiving the delivery you notice serious damage to the packaging, do not accept the goods and return them to the courier together with a filled form for damages during delivery. By accepting the delivery, you confirm that the order has been received in proper condition.
