1. Parties to the Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions for using the roseysmark.com web service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), owned by RIM GROUP CO LTD (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”). When a person (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) completes the registration process or places an order for products, he or she agrees to this Agreement.

2. Use of the Service
2.1. The Service is intended for individuals, institutions, and companies located within the European Union.
2.2. The return policy does not apply to orders placed by institutions or companies.
2.3. The User must be 18 years of age or older to order products.
2.4. All content on the Service, including images, drawings, audio, graphics, and text, is protected by European copyright law and other laws and international treaties governing intellectual property rights. The Service Provider grants you a limited right of access for personal use of this site, but not for downloading (except where specifically invited to do so), copying, selling, or modifying any part of this site without the explicit written permission of the Service Provider.
3. Registration
3.1. The User may register by completing the registration form and selecting a username and password. To register, the User must provide their real name, address, telephone/mobile number, and email address. Institutional and corporate clients must also provide their company ID and VAT number.
3.2. By registering, the User guarantees and declares that they have read the provisions of this Agreement, agree to them, and undertake to comply with them.
3.3. A User placing an order on behalf of a company guarantees and declares that they are duly authorized to order the goods and bind the company under this Agreement.
3.4. Registration at roseysmark.eu is free of charge.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. The User is responsible for all activities carried out under their account or with their password. The User alone is responsible for maintaining the security of their password.
4.2. The User guarantees and declares to the Service Provider that the information provided during registration (and any updates to it) is true and accurate.
4.3. The User guarantees and declares that they are over 18 years of age.
5. Orders and Payment Terms
5.1. A binding sales agreement is concluded between the Service Provider and the User when the order is placed on the site and the User receives confirmation of the order by email, which also confirms the User’s payment obligation.
5.2. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be received by the Service Provider before the order is confirmed for execution.
5.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
5.4. The User has the right to cancel an order before making payment, in which case the Service Provider will not seek compensation.
5.5. For payments by bank transfer or card, the Service Provider will consider the order cancelled if payment is not received within 5 business days.
5.6. Payment methods available on roseysmark.eu: bank transfer, card payment.
6. Product Prices
6.1. The product price is the one indicated on the site at the time of order.
6.2. Delivery costs are additional to the product price. They vary depending on the weight, volume, and destination of the order. Delivery costs are displayed on the “Delivery” page in your Basket during the order process.
6.3. All product prices and delivery costs are shown by default in Euro (EUR). The Service Provider does not accept payments in currencies other than EUR via the ecommerce platform with registered domain roseysmark.eu.
6.4. All product prices include 20% VAT according to the VAT rates of Republic of Bulgaria.
7. Delivery
7.1. Delivery time is determined by the destination.
7.2. The Service Provider is not liable for delays or failure to perform under this Agreement due to reasons beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, strikes, labor disputes, military actions, government intervention, failure of carriers or suppliers, hardware/software failures, communication outages, or network overload.
7.3. The Service Provider is liable for loss of or damage to products occurring during delivery.
7.4. Roseysmark.eu is dedicated ecommerce platform for Rosey’s Mark products serving final consumers with delivery adrress in the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia and The Netherlands. 8. Complaints, Cancellations and Returns
8.1. The User (excluding organizations and companies) has the right, within 14 business days, to return or exchange a product in accordance with Bulgarian consumer protection law. This return policy does not apply to products made or modified according to the User’s specifications.
A User may return a product if:
- The order was cancelled in accordance with Rosey’s Mark’s terms and conditions within 7 business days of delivery.
- The product has not been unsealed and/or used.
- The product is in the condition in which the User received it, with all parts included in the packaging.
- The product is repackaged in its original packaging without damage to its integrity.
8.2. The product must be returned immediately after cancellation of the order.
8.3. The User is responsible for the risk of damage and the cost of transportation when returning a product.
8.4. Refunds are made using the same payment method chosen by the client at the time of the original payment. For card payments, the refund is processed as a reverse transaction to the card within 5 business days.
9. Changes to the Service and this Agreement
The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement and the website at any time.
10. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be interpreted, applied, and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the disputes shall be referred to the competent court in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Rosey’s Mark is a registered trademark owned by RIM GROUP CO LTD. All elements related to Rosey’s Mark – verbal, figurative, or otherwise – are protected under the Bulgarian Law on Trademarks and Geographical Indications, and no reproduction, distribution, modification, or use is permitted without the prior explicit consent of RIM GROUP CO LTD.
