Presentation and tasting event at CoKitchen, Sofia

We are happy to share that on the 6-th of February we were special guests at the new shared space in Sofia for people with interests in culinary, CoKitchen. Our mission was to share a concept that we strongly believe in at Rosey’s mark. That is, “Floral gastronomy and why Bulgaria can make it thrive”. Of course, there was a little something with roses to taste too. As a welcome came the dark chocolate with roses and together with it the first smiles of the intrigued visitors. As a support after the official presentation part, our hosts from CoKitchen had prepared pancakes bites with sour cream and rose jam and a super refreshing drink based on Club-Mate, rose tea and a lot of lemon.
