Another rainy and cold day in a row, and it’s difficult to wake up. This April we feel we are locked in a never-ending winter season. The spring fatigue syndrome is so strong, it looks Spring itself is tired to arrive and bring some warmth, sun and blossoming.

But, instead of giving up to the cloudy mood, we decide to take things in our hands and give a start of the day with a colourful rose-flavoured breakfast for mood boosting and body energy. Because you know what they say – breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And here we are, fully embracing that clasical wisdom.

Here how you can bring some colour and rosy mood as a start of the day with this quick and easy to do recipe:

SPRING SMOOTHIE WITH ROSES

PRODUCTS:
for 1 smoothie bowl

½ avocado
6 strawberries
3 table spoons Rosey’s mark rose & strawberry jam
1 table spoon hemp seeds
1 table spoon bee pollen
1 table spoon dried roses (optional)

PREPARATION:

  1. Blend together the avocado, strawberries and rose & strawberries jam.
  2. Pour into a bowl and decorate with sliced strawberries, hemp seeds, bee pollen and dried rose petals.
  3. Eat right away or keep in fridge up to 6 hours.
